Youth Drills

WALL BALL - The essential 15 minutes for every Lacrosse player

Catching and throwing are essential skills for youth lacrosse players and will dramatically improve their enjoyment during the first few months of the season. We are asking our players to just spend 15-20 minutes a day on building their stick skills.

One analogy is skating backwards in hockey - yes you could play hockey without this skill but it would make it nearly impossible!

There are great walls to use at Ainsworth Elementary (adjacent to turf), Forest Park Elementary (under covered basketball court) and Chapman Elementary (the building itself).
